We all need a vacation sometimes
That’s why every week, I’ll send you a travel itinerary featuring a destination that I’ve chosen from around the world, complete with well-researched recommendations for hotels, activities, and restaurants that reflect a wide range of budgets and interests.
These trips should not cost you more than $1,000 a day. It’s so easy to tell you to stay at a Rosewood hotel, but here you’ll find solid picks for so much less.
And if it’s trending on Instagram, you won’t find it here. I’ve paid €50 to sit under those orange umbrellas in Positano surrounded by Americans. It’s not fun.
In fact, I try to highlight places you’ve never heard of. You also don’t need me to tell you to eat at The Grill in New York City or go to the Louvre in Paris. Next.
Curating high-quality recommendations and itineraries takes weeks of coordination and research. I rely on first-hand experience and local sources, not the algorithms that power TikTok, Google, or ChatGPT. I consider this a service worth paying for.
I also want to ensure the wonderful places I find remain accessible to the locals who have recommended them, my readers, and, honestly, myself (which is how you know they’re really good). Many are small establishments with already-limited availability.
My promise to you is that when it comes time to jet, you’ll be ready.
